ANZ engagement up to 93%, thanks to Indie👏🏽!

We built a platform to empower employees and managers with real-time data and nudges to help themselves and their colleagues. And it’s working!

It’s commonly agreed that engaged employees go above and beyond. They are a key ingredient to business success. But how do you move the dial, particularly if you’ve been doing this for years?

The yearly surveys provide a view as to how things are tracking and areas to focus on, but what do you do for the 11 months in between? And would you like to know some lead indicators so you could get ahead of issues before they arise?

At Pioneera, we set out to solve that challenge and design a way to help teams in real-time.

We sought to augment the yearly surveys with data and take pressure off managers to roll out yet “another action plan”. We built a platform to empower employees and managers with real-time data and nudges to help themselves and their colleagues. And it’s working!
